My "Why" started when I was 5 yrs old. I've always been passionate about helping others. I'm also a curious, lifelong learner, who has a passion for self-discovery. My own "broken-open" moment led me through a total transformation which included deep dives into meditation, yoga, positive psychology, mindfulness and spiritual studies and everything personal development ! That's why I know I can help you !
